SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

We offer free shipping and insurance on most items through UPS Ground shipping. (On some items that are already a lower price or are larger items we have a flat rate fee to offset our shipping costs.) We take great care to securely package your purchase.

We ship items several times during the week.

Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of our careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. We will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
