Late 1800s English Blue and White Rosaline Pattern Soup Tureen
A splendid antique English lidded soup tureen in the traditional blue and white colors by the prestigious T. G. & F. Booth manufacturers (1883-1891) of Tunstall, England.
Circa 1890.
Maker's mark on inside of lid and bottom of tureen.
This lovely square shaped tureen is done in the Rosaline Pattern with beautiful florals and scallops.
The handles on each side of the tureen & top of the lid are solid, not hollow.
The piece all together is a good weight at 4 lbs 2.2 oz.
It would make a stunning centerpiece on a table or buffet and would be a beautiful addition to a collection.
DIMENSIONS- 12ʺW × 9.5ʺD × 6ʺH
Excellent antique condition with wear consistent with age. No cracks or chips.
